The Department of Academic Affairs and Training is concerned with developing the workforce in the hospital to improve their job level and meet the technical, clinical and administrative training needs through a calendar of training activities that is presented annually to all employees of the hospital and with the participation of faculty members from the health colleges of the university. The academic calendar offers continuing medical education programs and courses, in addition to clinical development programs, leadership development programs, and conferences and seminars for the hospital.
